Return policy

By purchasing K Hero products you are agreeing to our return policy as set out below.

Every K Hero product is held to the highest design standards and tested before packaging & delivery. However if you need to return your DEFECTIVE* K Hero product, please use the contact us form and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

  • You can return a DEFECTIVE* K Hero product for a full refund or exchange.

  • You are responsible for the product until we receive them back, make sure it's in original condition with original packaging.

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will contact you via email for a status update.

  • The cost of return shipping is at the customers expense. Any returned items that are not received by K Hero will not be processed. We recommend you obtain proof of tracking number.

  • If a refund is approved, we'll refund the price you purchased your item at. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or PayPal based on your initial payment method

  • As per industry standards, we do not accept refunds/replacements request for wear and tear or physical damage done to the product due to the improper use.

  • As per industry standards, We do not accept return requests for change of mind or customer dissatisfaction with results.

  • As per industry standards, We do not accept return requests for oversea purchase outside Australia.

  • We do not offer refunds for items on sale, only replacements will be offered.

*A product is deemed DEFECTIVE at K Hero repair team’s discretion. Fair judgement will be made based on the individual circumstance.

Actions below will void the warranty:

  • Damage to the USB port due to excess use of force when plugging in the charging cable. causing it to displace or fall off.

Battery Replacement

  • Battery replacement is free for the initial six month starting from the day of purchase, after which we charge a new battery replacement fee of $20 plus return shipping fee.
