K Hero Legend 2 Manual

 

1. General Functionality

1.1 You can turn on Legend 2 by pressing the power button for two seconds.

1.2 To connect your phone/tablet or any other bluetooth device to Legend 2, please enable the bluetooth option on the device and select 'K Hero Legend 2'. You will hear a beep sound from the Legend 2 once connected.

1.4 Select a song from your favourite music app and it will be played from Legend 2's built-in speaker. We recommend YouTube as our preferred app. You can type in the name of the song followed by “lyrics” if you wish to have the original vocal + lyrics, or alternatively you can type in the name of the song followed by “karaoke” if you wish to have no original vocal + lyrics.

1.3 You can adjust the volume of the music from your Bluetooth device or Legend two slider.

1.4 If you leave Legend 2 connected to your phone after turning it off, it will attempt to re-connect to your Bluetooth device after it's turned on again.

1.5 To eliminate/minimize the original vocal in a song. Please press the “play” button for 2 seconds. Press “play” button again for 2 seconds to bring the original vocal back.

1.6 To connect to your car FM. Please first plug in the supplied audio cable into Legend 2, you can then change your car radio to 108.00 FM and then press the “FM” button twice.

1.7 You may plug a USB stick into the USB port to play mp3 format songs on the Legend 2.

2. Charging/Battery Life

2.1 To charge Legend 2, please use the provided USB cable and plug into a USB charging port/adaptor. The blue battery indicators will start to flash to indicate it's being charged.

2.2 Charging the Legend 2 to full capacity takes approximately 2-4 hours. The battery has been charged to full once the battery indicator lights show 5 bars.

2.3 On a full charge the Legend 2 can be used up to 8 hours with moderate use.

3. Troubleshooting

  • There are mild screeching sound coming from the speaker during use.

Potential Cause: The sound receiver hardware located inside the microphone head is not housed in the correct position.
Solution: Give the metal microphone head a gentle knock on a soft surface (such as a couch cushion), this should bump the sound receiver into the correct position, or unscrew the microphone head and blow air into the receiver and re-adjust its position so it does not have direct contact with the inner surface of the microphone head.

  • You can not find/connect to the Legend 2 with your Bluetooth device.

Potential Cause: The Legend 2 is still connected to the previous Bluetooth device.
Solution: Please disconnect the Legend 2 from your Bluetooth device if you wish to have it connected to another Bluetooth device instead.
