Every K Hero product is held to the highest design standards and tested before packaging & delivery. However if you need to return your DEFECTIVE* K Hero product, please use the contact us form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
You can return a DEFECTIVE* K Hero product for a full refund or exchange.
You are responsible for the product until we receive them back, make sure it's in original condition with original packaging.
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will contact you via email for a status update.
The cost of return shipping is at the customers expense. A $20 restocking fee will apply to any refunded purchases. Any returned items that are not received by K Hero will not be issued a refund. We recommend you obtain proof of tracking number.
If a refund is approved, we'll refund the price you purchased your item at. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or PayPal based on your initial payment method
As per industry standards, we do not accept refunds/replacements request for wear and tear or physical damage done to the product due to the improper use.
As per industry standards, We do not accept return requests for change of mind or customer dissatisfaction with results.
*K Hero microphone is only considered DEFECTIVE if:
The unit does not turn on.
The unit shuts down by itself during use.
The unit turns on but does not play any sound
